I have dealt with a wide range of recruitments in a variety of different and enjoyable ways, dealing with larger multinationals to smaller family run businesses. One of the roles I held in my previous life was Account Manager where I was responsible for a wide range of Company recruitment. So, I know something about both the challenge of identifying the right talent and just how rewarding it can be when you find the right person for the job.
Knowing they will be really happy in their new role and that I’ve helped an employer find somebody who’s a good fit for their company is a massive boost in my job satisfaction.
When I'm not working, I like to spend time with my family. I dabble in oil painting, am a life-long West Ham supporter and enjoy travelling.
